Xperia Z notifications on mobile data network

I am not able to receive whatsapp,Email and Facebook notification on my Xperia Z when connected to mobile data network (2G) they work fine in Wi Fi connection.Any help will be appriciated...:smileyhappy:

do you have stamina on? if you do then that's the issue
