Xperia Z Mobile Data Issue

I am using Xperia L .I have a issue while using mobile data ,the upper part of the mobile gets heat.Please give me a solutiuon

That's normal, the longer you use the phone the hotter it will get, if you play games or use data/wifi it will get hot faster, again, this is normal
