xperia z mikrofon problemi

merhaba ben xperia z kullanıcısıyım cihazda mikrofon sorunu var birisi beni aradığında hopörlerden ses geliyor fakat benim seim karşı tarafa hiç gitmiyor sim karıda yeniledim telefon güncel ama sorun düzelmiyor telefona reset yapıyorum fakat bir kaç aramadan sonra yine aynı sorun oluyor bu konuda yardımcı olabilecek akadaşlar varmı acaba

He/she says he/she had a mic malfunction.Although his/her phone is up tor date and replaced the sim card, he/she can hear the callers voice but his/her voice was not delivered to other side.The problem recurs after a few calls he/she resets the phone.He/she demands for help

Note:I live in Turkey too and there's no local Sony Repair Center near.We can not ask or inquire anything about repair center here.There's a repair center called TeleService and they neither respond to any call nor have a support forum on web.All we can do is attach a note on the phone about the problem and send it to their address via shipment.That sounds ridiculous but that's true.

thanks for the clarifiaction, he/she has to take his phone to a Sony repair center if neither SUS or PCC worked

@usel60.Forum ingilizce olduğundan Türkçe anlamıyorlar, bu yüzden senin yerine sorunu onlara tercüme ettim.

uliwooly'nin demesine göre SUS yada PCC denediğin halde problem giderilmiyorsa, telefonu Sony Servis Merkezi yani TeleService'e göndermen gerekiyor.Istanbul'da yaşıyorsan orada var.Yaşamıyorsan telefonun üstüne bir not yazıp orijinal faturasıyla beraber servise kargolaman gerekecek.(Yurtiçi kargo karşı ödemeli).Teleservice denen firmanın telefonundan ben hiçbirşekilde ulaşamadım.İşin aslı benim telefondada problem var ama ben cesaret edip yollayamadım.Biraz saçma geldi bana bu olay.
