Xperia z is blocked and does not work when connecting headphones

Hi I have a problem with my xperia Z. Three days ago I was using it , lock the phone and while I wanted to use it again, but the screen does not encendia for more you pressed the button is not unlocked . Let stand a few minutes and not served , followed not turn on the screen. Vibrated because messages arrived but as much as he pressed the unlock button did nothing . I did that restarting and still did not serve . I had to leave half an hour to try again and now if he returned to work. But since then every time I connect Helmets and block mobile, does not work for a long button press . They can get WhatsApp or whatever ignoring . To back up and running as it should , I have to disconnect helmets and wait a bit to give the button and function . That may be or I can do something ?

If your phone turns on and the screen works then try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
