Hi everyone,
First of all, apologize my poor english. Im having.a lot of problems with Sony España, who doesnt refund to me 50€ from a promo. Im keep waiting from June, and Sony only send me preconfigured mails. These mails are from the same guy, who asked to me to send the bill several times. Of course i've done that! I cannot ask to anyone on Sony, they just reply they are doing well. Terms and conditions said they have 2 months for refund.to me.the money.
Even i havent recieved the promo of of the speaker with another Z! Im very angry about tje incompetence of sony, and i would like to ask for any help.
Has anyone any mail for.contact directly with Sony?
