Hi.
My sister's Xperia Z in-call volume is far too high even on the lowest volume settings, changed in-call. It's so high she can hold the phone 50cm away from her head and hear the person in the other end with no problem(confirmed by me). The speaker setting is obviously off. There is no way she can talk to anyone with someone around without them hearing the person in the other end as well.
Why is this, and what can be done to fix it?
The firmware is the latest 4.2.2 and we got it with the Bravia promotion along with the W905 TV.
