Service centre not repair my phone. he said xperia z not repairing in any condition.

my phone was exposed to water, its been 24 hours since then, but the external speaker has not gained its full potential, my phone was exposed to water once before but external speaker recovered itself in half an hour, but this time it is taking much more time than before,
