xperia Z display problem (flickering)

I have a problem with the display: it starts flickering which is quite annoying for a phone at this price.

I updated to android 4.2.2 but this doesnt help. I also cannot define when it starts, I would describe it as randomely. After a while (~5min)  the flimmering stops again and everything is fine.

I already went to the local vendor in Graz/Austria where I bought the phone .... they took it back and sent it to a repair store. In the repair store only a software reset was performed. When I received the phone back, everything looked fine at first, but after some days it started flickering again.

--> WHO CAN HELP ME WITH THIS??

Do you have automatic brightness turned on?

Because I noticed this a lot when using automatic brightness...

I've downloaded the 'Brightness Level Disc' widget, and haven't seen any flickering since.
