Xperia Z Dead pixels

Hello all!

After buying Xperia Z i've noticed some dead pixels(more than three), and immediately returned the phone to mobile provider where i bought it.

They've sent it to service and got confirmation that the phone should be replaced. This took 7 days, and now provider is telling me that they have to wait for replacement device(what ever this means).

Does Sony have some time constraints regarding replacement of the devices? Why do I have to wait for the device so long?

I really liked the phone so I'm sure you can understand my frustration while I wait... Slightly_frowning_Face

It is true that quality control in Foxconn or wherever in china Sony produce Xperias is simply a FAIL. It is a HORROR! Especially that we are talking about flagship high end device...
I am about to sent back the phone which I get as replacement because in new device vibration doesn't work at all... First one suffered dead pixels and other scrren issue, now vibration... what's next?

Quality control simply doesn't exist...
