Xperia Z Camera Hardware problem

I have a camera problem with Xperia Z C6603

Before one day it happened with me

The camera is only take picture in Macro mod in all settings, even if i select manually scene, but it blur the picture

i mean whenever i try to take pictures it blur them all the time, i try all settings of the camera but it always blur the pictures

then i notice that it does not focusing the pictures thats why he blur them, and the camera popup macro mod icon all the time even if i am taking the picture of a human or a landscape even without zooming it

I also use stablizer but same result

First i think it was a software problem so i factory hard reset phone then i also flash the latest firmware with full wipe but the problem is still there

i am sure there is something wrong with Xperia Z camera hardware

somebody have this issue too

any one here from sony official who can conform me that is there any thing wrong with Xperia Z Camera Hardware

Is the camera lens is so sensitive that it can be lagy and croupted just in two months of its use
