Xperia Z Calling problem

Hi,

I'm a new user of Xperia Z, and i experience a problem.

When i make a call, the screen goes Black i can not see anything on it.

The only way i've found (it doesn't work every time), is to maintain the power button, and sometimes the screen light up and i can see the phone menu.

I hope you will unerstand what i mean, maybe my english is a little bit poor

Do you have anything near the proximity sensors?

No, i've remove the original protection. The sensor is at the left of the power led, isn't it?

no protective case.

I've solved the problem.

I had removed the primary protection, due to my problem, and i still had the same problem

Yesterday i've restarted my phone and maintain the volume button to the down, wait 3 vibrations and the phone restarted and works perfectly
