Xperia Z box

Hello,
I just wanted to share my opinion in terms of packaging.

Starting form Xperia X10 material used by Sony to carry the phones is only worse... the box / carton is thinner every time and when it comes to Xperia Z, the box cannot give you the "premium feeling" at all. Please take a look a few years back, for example how W980 was delivered, look at the box, thickness of carton was waaay better.

Now, to cut the costs as much as possible they use very poor materials, and the boxes are smaller / worse each time...

Expecially premium devices do not deserve such a treatment. Please take a look how Apple products are delivered. When you are opening it, it gives you the feeling of opening the gift and makes you simply happy

That is also a part of psyche effect - a good marketing used by Apple.
Sony is not treating its customers that way anymore.

Do you intent to carry your phone everyday in that carbon box? Have you read the Greenheart files? In case you don´t realize the nature problem is directly relationed to this facts, why would you need a fancy box just to open it and pick your phone just once? Can you afford it? Well, trees can´t...

azzido azzido azzido, there seems to be an issue with you and Sony every day, if its not this is that if not that, you should consider another brand if you despite everything about Sony, like Gigio74 said, Sony is trying to go green and I would prefer if Sony minimize packaging, just a simple brown box w/ Sony's logo and basic info, that will be great for the environment.
