A customer of mine have an Xperia Z with these params :
Android : 4.4.4
Build : 10.5.1.A.0.292
Kernel 22nd september 2014 – 17 :25 :55
When he's outside, he needs to get his mails on his phone. His colleagues are all having iphones and get their mails without any problem. When testing with my Android phone (4.4 also but not Sony), i can sync the mails in seconds.
Like many users, when set, the sync works with a few mails, then stops. And nothing goes further. The logs are saying
"0x8007274C Une tentative de connexion a échoué car le parti connecté n’a pas répondu convenablement au-delà d’une certaine durée ou une connexion établie a échoué car l’hôte de connexion n’a pas répondu." which can be translated by something like connection failed, no response from the host... some kind of timeout.
My question is, does an update can solve this problem ? Do i Have to use a third party software such as Nine (frankly, i'd be glad if I could avoid this)...
Do you have tips to solve this ?
