Xperia X8 crazy vibrating behaviour?

So today I was texting and from nowhere my Xperia started vibrating! I turned it off but the vibration continued (and continues!) till I took off the battery

Is it possible that my keyboard stucked it (since every time I type a letter it vibrates for a short time) or something like that? Since it started when I was typing..

Now its still vibrating so I took the battery off the phone being afraid it could damage it. Its like a noisy vibration that doesnt stop.

I tried PC Companion repair but didnt work. Please help 😐

PS: The phone works perfectly, so does the touch-keyboard, I can turn it on and all but the vibrations aren't stopping :S

what happened when you repaired it with PCC or it didn't repaired it?

I believe it didnt repaired it.

However I tried to do all the process again and the vibration stopped, so problem fixed
