I try everything to deleting apps and moving items to the SD card but I never seem to have internal storage memory, Therefore I am not able to download from google play and it is very frustrating. It says my internal storage is 95% full. plus i cant delete anymore apps which is the main reason why my internal storage is full. Please help, Thanks
Hi @tructran692,
Welcome to the community.
It looks like you have a lot of apps taking up the memory. This will be a combination of your downloaded apps and pre-installed Google apps.
As the phone has 16GB of internal storage, this may cause you problems when 12GB is taken up by apps.
Can you please confirm what version of Android you are running on? You can find this in Settings > About Phone.

@tructran69:
If your phone is configured to make regular backups, this might be worth trying before resetting the phone:

Im currently running on 5.1.1 and my internal storage capacity is 12GB.
my hint refers to Marshmellow 6.0.1, I never experienced this backup bug on Lollipop.
@tructran692: What you could do:
Go to Settings --> Apps --> the three dots in the upper right corner and select "sort by memory usage" (or similar).
Then you see the apps that use most memory first and probably you can identify the one causing your out of memory problem.
Thanks Hardy, but most of my apps are on SD card. The other apps on the internal storage I cant delete.
@tructran692 You do realize that the apps you moved to SD are still storing data on the internal memory, right?
Hey guys
I have an 8 month old Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. The storage space keeps running out despite me having moved all possible apps, music and photo's to the SD card.
In fact I have had to move these apps to the SD card (which is a Samsung 32GB) several times, they keep moving themselves back to the internal memory, how I do not know but I have spent some time moving them back across to the SD card. This is highly frustrating!
Another thing I have noticed which I really do not like is the fact that my phone seems to be able to remember entire conversations, I can almost type the same message again and again without actually having to type full words. It appears to be storing everything I am writing somewhere. Call me paranoid but I do not want my phone remembering everything I am saying. This is a bit too "Big Brother" for my liking! Can this be disabled somehow?
Thanks for reading
Gary
