Hello,
I've had my Xperia x10a for over a year now, and recently when I go to any app and it freezes (with almost a full charge), the phone will randomly shut off. When I try to restart the phone, it has 0% battery and will not start.
This also happens when I go on Youtube every once in a while. When watching a video with 50% battery left, the phone sometimes will just randomly shut off, and then say 0% battery. It does not happen a lot, but it is so disappointing when it does.
Today, I did a factory reset on the phone and received the same result. I would think it was the battery, but it does this randomly. Some days, my battery will last all day long. Then randomly on other days, it does the issue that I described above. I have done all the updates for this phone as well. Does anyone have any suggestions?
