xperia v vibrates when not responding

Hello,

Is there some built in app that uses phone vibration when the device slows down due to heavy use. My xperia v does this lately. Maybe its related to low RAM because when using one app at a time this does not happen. Does anyone have same problem or is this maybe some of my own installed app causing it.

Boot on safe mode, if you don't experience that issue then it is a third-party app.

Stay away from taskillers, battery apps, antivirus, etc.

Tried to use telephone in safemode. Any odd vibrations did not occure but i think that phone uses less RAM also this way. Taskkillers i dont have. Only avast antivirus. Trying to remove it and see what happens.

My phone vibrates sometimes in Standby and short after I can't use it any more. Display starts sometimes, but I can't login. If I don't put the phone in standby (while charging) and it vibrates, then I see an error "XPERIA HOME was ended" (or something like that, message is in german on my phone). I reinstalled my phone with the latest firmware, but the problem is not solved.

Safe mode is no option, because I need some programs on my phone for work and the error occurs not regular and I can't wait a week or longer in safe mode.

Any advices?
