i bought an xperia V 3 months ago
after one month it start rebooting more or less 10 times a day.
each time i try to take a photo or video or set some config stuff it's rebooting
some time during a call, which is not fun.
i sent the phone to sony for reparation and got it back yesterday with the same problem.
i have no clue what to do now,
some messages in this forum are related to the same issue.
when i remove the SIM the mobile is stable. no reboot
the reboot is only with the SIM in the mobile.
after restart i did insert the SIM and the issue hapened 1 more time.
Get another SIM,it is broken.
i tried my wifes SIM and i have the same issue with it.
In this case, stop by a sony service.
i did already and sony sent me back the mobile with a note "evrything looks ok" and this is why i'm in this forum.
trying to found a solution to my issue.
i noticed couple poeple having the same issue in this forum.
i installed the new software using PC compagion
and experienced the same issue one more time.
i think this is frustrating.
I am sorry,stop by a sony service.
Do you have LTE enabled ?
If yes, you may want to turn it off (in settings), and use wcdma(preferred)/gsm for a while.
Some LTE implementations make our V to either drain too much battery or even to reboot randomly.
I have the same problem (see my message Poor Sony Support).
I have sent my mobile to sony support during 4 times and the phone doesn't work yet.
Sony propose nothing and now I have sent my phone a new one and sent a letter to sony.
Two months without phone is not acceptable.
