Ever since I got the update I can no longer download apps, both from play store and outside. When I try to download, it starts but never finishes. I already have it checked at the service center they told me nothing's wrong. I dont know what to do.
Your phone may be running WAP settings instead of internet settings. Please confirm this with your current network provider before doing anything else to the phone to resolve this.
