xperia v- camera problem

My xperia V was dropped into water, after that when i took a picture it is not clear. when i focus something, its perfect. but after capturing it becomes blurry. what should i do? please someone help

I'm sorry to say this but this is a hardware issue, you could contact your local Xperia Care and request a vacuum test.

but there is no xperia care centre in our country. I am from Bangladesh.
Can you please tell me what's a vacuum test, so that i can explain it to any mobile servicing centre.
