xperia v camera error

I've had my phone for a month and so far the only problem is the short battery life, terrible! Today I have a new problem though, whenever I open my video camera and push record, I get a message which says ERROR - UNKNOWN ERROR and then closes! How do I fix this problem?

Have you tried updating your phone?

I went to settings to check and it says I already have the latest updated.

Try reinstalling the update using PC Companion on your PC

Hi I got the same problem, I bought my Xperia V just a week ago and since I tried using the record button at the camera application it showed me a "camara no disponible" message and then it closes.

I already have updated to the latest release and it's just the same.

Maybe that's a hardware problem already.
