Xperia U

My Xperia U used to be gingerbread. I thought that upgrading to ICS will give a better performance but it did not. It is now very slow. As of now, I use my xperia u as my alarm clock only. How do i bring it back to GB? pls help. Thank u.

1. stop by your local Xperia Care 

or 

2. manually downgrade your phone with flashtool
