pc compagn is showing that new version is available bt m nt able to udate it

Im from Pakistan... Im not receiving ics update whenever i attach my phone with PCC or SUS it says you have already latest software... SI no is 1261-8812
Any help???

Means it's not released for your phone

Is your phone branded ? means locked to a network operator ?
