xperia u slow down after ICS update

hey!! I have a problem with my xperia u.After i updated my xperia u to ICS it is very very slow can you help me

Do a factory reset,and before doing it dont forget to backup your data.

Welcome to the forum.Yes a phone might slow down a little bit for a while.Its just part of the process.It means that the phone is adjusting to the new settings.It might take couple of days and restarts to adjust fully.For best results just do a factory reset after every major update.It will solve most of that lag.

Jatinrunga is right, my phone was slow and jerky at first, but after a day and a few power off/on's it was smooth as a very smooth thing.
