Xperia U - message - process system not responding appears on the screen - thereafter the option to force close or wait appears - a short time later the phone shuts down & reboots, this process continually repeats itself unless you turn off the phone. I have been unable to use the phone for calls or connect to the internet - any advice would be welcome
