xperia u performance

the performance of xperia u has gone slow. it takes to time to open albums,camera etc. i have upgraded it to ICS4 but no improvement?

Yes it will as you have updated to ICS just now. You must do a factory reset for everything to be fine and remember ICS is not like GB so it takes time to adjust the phone
