Xperia U overheating and hangs

I've just bought xperia u,..

Last month i just upadated to ICS..It was working quite nicely...

Yesterday, i just installed  Norton Utilities & Task Killer   

to kill the running tasks..I just killed all the tasks and it was going smooth for 2 hours..

Suddenly i felt overheating of my phone in my pocket, i just see the battery is really hot..I tried to unlock the phone, but won't work

and atlast i removed the battery...

Process i did

*Reset to factory settings...

*reset the internal storage..

But still it suddenly over heats and hung up..

Please help on this...

DO NOT USE ANY TASK KILLER OR ANTIVIRUS : WARNING THEY DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD. UNINSTALL THEM IMMEDIATELY

I have one more problem, the mobile doesn't connect to pc in update mode,..

I tried every thing, it only charges and green light switches off after that...

I'm now unable feed a fresh update...

Try doing it properly. Do all the things. Press the volume button. Then plug the cable. If right it will say to release the button.USE SUS for updating

Found the problem, got water locked...Gone to sony service they said , they need to change the board, it may cost $150...

So i took it to local service center, and got fixed for $6..
Amazing, its work fine now...

As i said, i got water locked..So i went to local service centre, they cleaned up the water and it worked for 1 week..And now again, i got the overheating problem, and now left side of the touch not working..
I'm really frustated with this mobile...

Welcome to the club.

Take your phone to service centre. I got touch panel replaced last week.

if you performed factory reset, definitely all apps you install will be deleted including the task killer  / anti virus right?
