Last night I plugged my wife's phone into what I think was a faulty charger (I haven't used this charger in a couple of years and it's just been lying around in the weather, more or less) anyway something has happened like it's triggered it to factory settings or rebooted it and she has lost just about everything, except photos and Facebook (but it's updated Facebook). Unfortunately the phone data was never saved to a computer or cloud. I guess my question is, is there a way to get back any of her data?
