Hey everyone
today i woke up and i turned my phone on but as soon as it reached the first Xperia logo it rebooted and it keeps doing that over and over again. This is a video that i made few moments ago. I can only stop the rebooting by taking the battery out.
Hi,
Try to remove SIM card from the phone and start it without the SIM inserted. If the problem still persists I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:
http://www.sonymobile.com/update
In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".
Do this without the phone connected to the PC and follow the instructions given to you in the program. The phone will be turned off during the whole procedure.
hello
the problem is that my pc doesnt get the time to find my phone/repair it. Is there any way to reset my phone manually?
You can reset to factory settings by going settings-backup and restore.
@alex, did you even read my problem? --'
Sorry,I thought you managed to turn it on but your pc does not recognise it.Have you tried force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates)?
I had the same problem and was forced to send it back to Sony for repair.... I assume that you had previously updated the android software?
