Xperia U - Internal Memory write protect

I buy this Xperia U used, and it boot to the rom very well, but the problem is that I can't done any changes to the rom and Force close every app, I try to flash it with flashtool and SEUS and no success.

When I was tooking a picture with the camera appears a message that says "memory write protected"

I am very desperate, because flashmode works but in flashtool when I try to flash, in the flashtool log's stays in "Reading device information"... Can anybody tell me a way to fix this??

I believe it is hardware rather than software

Yes, yesterday I decided to open it, and inside in the sim slot, is destroyed and little burned, how that happen, I don't know, maybe is the reason?? The internal sd could be damaged because of that?

if I only change the Sim slot for a new one, do you think that the memory problem will be solved or not?
