xperia u hanging problem

 my xperia u got hanged again n again,, i have to remove the battery everytime, n while on charging i can not do anything,, it just got numb at that time, it is in gurantee upto decmeber 2013, help me out,

Repair your phone with either PCC or SUS if that doesn't work then take it to a Sony repair center
