Hi my Xperia U is having some form of error well errors when i turn it on, it boots up fine but when i go into the home screen i get "error prossess.android.acore has stopped working" or around those lines then loads more appear saying "google play has stopped working" "ebay has stopped working" pretty much every app trying to load comes up with a stopped working error. So I emailed Sony about it and the told me to do a repair in PCC and i found out Windows 8.1 isn't compatable and was told to use windows 7 or below. So i plugged the phone into a windows 7 computer and ran the repair it then got to the point where i was told to power off the phone and unplug it hold down the volume down button and plug it back in. The light bar at the bottom came on and the screen went black. Nothing happened on the phone or the repair so i hit enter on the keyboard and the error " must use windows 7 or below" came up again, yet i was on a windows 7 PC anyone know any way of sorting this. The phone is still under warrenty so should i just send it back to sony or buy a new phone?
