Xperia u e-mail Problem

I hv configured the company mail ID on my new Xperia U...

Everything works fine exept that, when I click to view mails, only the latest thread is shown in the display & i can't see the previous threads of the mail...

I had used android before with other mobiles & there this problem was not there...

Any help would be really appreciated...  Thanks

I confirm the problem on my Xperia P under android 4 I just got

when I click on 'get more messages' all my previous mails : new e-mails come in and  previous mail disappear.

This is a blocker problem that make the e-mail application just unusable unless a fix is available.
