Xperia u e-mail Problem

I hv configured the company mail ID on my new Xperia U...

Everything works fine exept that, whenever I click to view mails, only the latest thread is shown in the display & i cant see the previous threads of the mail...

I had used android before with other mobiles & there this problem was not there...

Any help would be really appreciated...  Thanks

did u try sync i.e settings > accounts and sync , from there did u try sync. . ??? and btw i guess this is the wrong thread u have posted on. . there is seperate thread for xperia u. .

I am wondering if this problem is there in all xperia series or what?

& yes my auto sync is on & all of the mails are loading properly, but the problem is when i open any mail, i can only see the latest thread & not the earlier ones..

Hope i am clear? Its a serious problem for me...

Im not talking about auto sync.  . There is another option - manage accounts under that select ur accont and tick the sync option. .

I have the same problem on my Xperia P.

I guess the bug comes comes from the e-mail application code and not the phone itsefl (I read the same problem description on a forum for an other Xperia product)

Who made that e-mail apps : sony or google?

What is strange is that my e-mail application is configured with several accounts and I have the problem described above on one account only (the main one of course). I tried to manually configure the account, nothing works.

every time I press the "get more message today"   I get the new message but my previous messages from the previous days DISAPPEAR and only the messages under the 'today' chapter are available.

I don't expect soneone to give me a trick on how to solve this but only Sony to read these messages, confirm the problem and release a fix.

Anyone form Sony on this forum?

you need to download the app of your e-mail .for example if you have a hotmail ID you need to download the hotmail app . it works a lot better tahn the mail app of sony.
