XPeria U Connection problem invalid MMI code

I have purchased  Sony Xperia U Phone recentely. frequentely i am getting the Connection problem /operation failed, invalid MMI code error.

i am not able to do the outgoing calls/ receive the  incomig calls.Is any one facing the similar kind of problem.

Is there any solution ?

This issue is usually related to the SIM card in the handset rather than the phone itself. I'd recommend requesting a new SIM from your service provider.
