Xperia U camera problem...

The camera clarity during night is bad also it takes lot of time to process the clicked snap resulting in shake of the image if moved even after clicked. any settings to be changed..?????

Well, you can't require better quality at night, but disabling SCN and going to normal mode will make your camera less laggy during night. The quality will get worst though. Also change iso to 800.

even the clarity while taking the snap with flash at night is bad... any update the camera issue. is very helpful...

The camera is one of the issues on this model. The pictures are noisy whatever the settings or environment are the settings are useless especially for video (image stabilizer is worthless) the whitish tint for all pictures, low contrast etc. So, forget the high quality for the camera. And XU is not the only Xperia with low quality camera comparing with other brands at the same level, I don't know why Sony can't fix this for such a long time.

I Agree with that. To support would like to share a situation. i encountered one situation where I was recording a video for more 5 mins. Wen I went to view the video, It said 'video format not supported'. Shocked to see the Message. Strange. Cant play the video recorded from the same cellphone.

Look the difference between the first original shot with XU and the other one below edited (increasing the contrast) how it should look like. They have the original sizes. And regardless the ISO settings the result is the same. And other settings too, the contrast remains very low and there are no settings for contrast. Clicking one after the other will show the difference better. Anyway, too late for changes for XU because it's obsolete already, but for the next models maybe they can do something. Not to mention the noise
