I have problems connecting to the icloud server. Every time I try to download my backup the connection to the icloud server is not established. Login in with my apple ID is not a problem and also my backup is shown.
I'm trying to download it using Xperia transfer mobile and then choosing the option from icloud.
I have a Z5 compact
