Dear sir hello i update xperia U to andriod 4.0 its working well but i downgraded 2.3 with out enable usb debug when update finish i restart my phone after restart touch cannot working i am very upset plzzz help me i am very thankfull to u

repair your phone with SUS or PCC and see if that fix the issue
