Xperia tipo single sim network/call issue,touch issue

The voice of the other side is not clear or some times it cuts while I am on call...There is no network issue in my area and if I put my sim in other handset, then it works fine...

Secondly touch is also not working fine....

.I gave my phone to service centre but they simply formatted it...and both the problem still remains there...

If the problems still persist you should send the phone back to the service center. Remember to write down a detailed error description for them so they easily can reproduce the errors.
