xperia tipo messenger problem

Hey everyone! I have a problem with my sony xperia tipo.. A couple of weeks ago, I used data usage (without having any mb for internet) and it connected on Facebook Messenger, but I didn't have connection to Google etc. (except for the 0.facebook that I used on the browser). But now, every time I open data, messenger doesn't connect for some reason, although it shows 3g. I did factory reset, I did settings reset, and I deleted messenger's cache also, but nothing changed. Does anyone know why the app doesn't connect anymore with data usage?Some help would be appreciated! Thank you

No.. I didn't have either when messenger connected with data usage on.
