My Xperia Tablet will not turn on and the charging indicator will not show
I turned my tablet off one night, however changed my mind to turn it back on. Therefore while the tablet was turning off I was holding the power button. Since then the tablet will no longer respond.
I believe I am outside warranty period, as I have had the product for just over 18 months.
I have tried doing soft resets, hard resets and connecting the PC companion, none of which gave any response. I tried charging the device for a day and then tried this all again, still no response.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend any further steps I could take.
I have a small dent on my tablet, caused 10 months ago by taking the tablet out of its case (causing the metal surround to be pulled away slightly). I'm concerned that if I send the tablet in for repair they will think that this is the cause of the problem.
