xperia tablet z : process system is not responding

hi, i'm using xperia tablet z, which is currently running on 4.3 jelly bean.. after the update i've been in this serious prob.. my tablet performance has been slow.. for ex: swipping my screen perfoms wit a lag and  if i type few words, tab enters first word while i'm on my third or fourth...

after the slow performance, i've been gettin this text   "process system is not responding".... it appears when i turn off and on my tab or if i lock and reopen the screen.... even if i use any app, it suddenly frozes and even it shows its not responding.... and also it shows  "unfortunately system UI has stopped "..

can someone help me to fix t prob ???
