Xperia Tabler Z SGP321 no 4.3 osterreich (Austria)

I still have not received android 4.3 on my Xperia Tablet Z SGP321 version in Austria. It's already 28th December, and i've heard that countries like Poland, Germany, UK have gotten it, so why haven't I? When I go to the austrian sony website, it says that  SGP321 version is on 4.2 so when will it be 4.3, I dont know why I get it so much later than everyone else. Have you guys gotten 4.3 yet?

I got it in Canada and the Canada web site still list 4.2 try with PC companion.. even the US site still show 4.2 we got the update via PC companion........

Just like any other update, you have 2 options

1) wait for the update to be approved and released in your country/region and/or network 

or 

2) manually update your tablet

I shouldnt need to wait this long, especially since I have the LTE version so  I paid more. I expect to get the updates around the same time as everyone else, but still I dont have it. I shouldnt have to root and install something on my phone, the updates need to be available around the world quicker!
