Xperia T3 - not able to use hotspot although mobile network is working.

Xperia T3 - I was able to turn on the hotspot but not able to use hotspot although mobile network is working. The hotspot normally shows the icon on top if it's turned on and working but this time it's just turned on but not working. I am still able to use my Internet via mobile network but need my other devices to connect to the hotspot for Internet as well. Help please!!!! Thanks!

try to ask your network provider if they support wifi mobile data sharing or do they use a different APN for it.

make sure you have stable connection both wifi and network. ( settings your network to a single frequency might help)

try to create the hotspot again. and remove all previous connection from the devices you have tried to connect

Welcome to the community,

You may also need to redownload your Internet settings on the device.

Menu > Settings > More > Internet Settings > accept Disclaimer > Choose network > Wait for install.

Once done try using the Hotspot.

I tried this and still did not work. Even restarted my phone after installing the Internet settings. The hotspot works perfectly before but since recently it just won't anymore. Don't think it's the service providers issue here.

I accidentally clicked accept solution but it's not solved yet. How do I undo it? I repeat. The problem WAS NOT SOLVED!

Try a Safemode boot and then attempt the connection, if it fails there then you may need to perform a software repair on the device, or have it inspected by a service agent.

I also facing a same problem, the tethering disfunctionality issue. It's happened last two days. Its start whenever i'm trying to switch on the tethering, unfortunately it doesnt working and self reboot instead. For your information an hour before the incident, tethering working fine. 

There is no error message appear, it seems the tethering doesnt reponding at all.

Since then, i would believe my carrier doesnt limited me to share my wifi hotspot.
