Xperia t2 ultra VPN is not working

Hi friends,

I am using xperia t2 ultra. when i am trying to use VPN, it says " this service is password protected enter the password"

i tried many times everytime it said 3 more chances left ... 2 more.... no more 

atlast it showed credential storage is erased.,

now also it does not alows me to go into the VPN

Anyone have sollution for this ??
