xperia t2 tutorial is not exiting

i seem to have messed up with the tutorial. i am unable to exit from it or something. currently phone is voicing out all the options i am touching and it takes two tapps from me to option any icon. i am not able tp perform even the scroll up down etc. please helpe me out with a solution for this.

You have enabled talkback.You need to go to settings-accesibility-talkback and disable it.

As Alexdon described above you'll need to disable TalkBack. To be able to scroll when Talkback is enabled you'll have to scroll using two fingers.
