Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Could you elaborate? Is it a microphone problem that you experience? For example, when you place a call the counterpart hears your voice bad? Or is it vice versa, that you hear the counterpart bad?
You can always place a call when your phone is in safe mode to exclude problems related to third party apps:

Hi
Thanks for the response
The problem is also a conversation and ear loudspeaker.
Poor sound, ringing often heard me double, do not understand me when I speak.
Speaking on the company website says the phone model it transmits HD quality conversation and that (of course I subscribe ORANGE network that supports call HD)
I performed the operation of safe mode but the problem remains as it is.

Always loud and clear — HD Voice*
HD voice*eliminates background noise to improve voice clarity. That means that you can talk normally and be heard clearly, without having to raise your voice, even in noisy environments. Now you don’t have to shout to be heard, or try to find a quiet place for your conversation.
* HD voice functionality is operator-dependant.
If you experience the same issue in safe mode, I would suggest that you check the call settings under Settings > Call settings > Microphone noise suppression and Speaker voice enchancement. If they are not marked, mark them and try to place a call. If they are marked, unmark them and try a call without these settings to see if there are any improvements.
Know it.'ve These steps multiple times but the problem remains as it is.

I suggest that you perform a software repair on your unit via Update Service:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/
Download and install SUS on your PC, follow the instructions that appear.
But if you still experience this issue after a software repair, I suggest that you contact the nearest service center so a technician can examine your unit. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how you should proceed in this matter:

Are you sure there is not something else wrong?Like some of the settings?Maybe microphone noise suppression? And it also might be related to your network.
Yes, I've even twice reformatting the device., But without results.:smileynot_talking:
