Xperia T Speaker problem

I had my Xperia T now for about one year. And since this morning the speaker doesn't work.

I have tried the service menu test *#*#7378423#*#*. But it didn't work for me.

I also tried other fuction apps, and a speaker cleaner app, all without success.

Dear Forum, what should I do? reset my phone to facotry setttings?

Any response would be appreciated.

Hi, if it fails Service Menu test, quite sure that it is a hardware issue.

Only option is to send phone to local service centre for repair.
