Since august 2013, my phone shutdown unexpectedly. I send my xperia t with the guaranty but people who repair my phone didn't notice the probleme and then didn't repair. They changed one piece of the mobile phone but it didn't change anything.
I'm bored to wait my phone repair.
Is it possible to proceed to an exchange with an other similar mobile phone or a repayement ?
