Hi!
My Xperia restart alone no stop. I can't switch on.
I already tried with Sony update service, there is not Xperia T in the list of devices. It's not usefull!
What can I do

Take out the sim or SD card and put it back

I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008
If you experience the same behavior in safe mode I would suggest that you try with Update Service on another PC.
